Testicle Pulsing Massage

 

 

A difficulty with sexual energy is that it tends to stagnate (becomes tense, stuck, inhibits circulation).  The following is the most effective testicle massage that I've found.

Here's a simple way to massage the testicles, one at a time:
Hold a testicle in between the thumb and fingertips of one hand, and rhythmically squeeze it gently at approx the rate of your heart-beat (approx 1-2 squeezes / second).  No need to get exact about tempo, approximate is fine.  Best to stabilize the testicle with the other hand.

As far as pressure, you want to squeeze so that you feel that the pressure goes to the center of the testicle, but not so hard as to cause injurious pain. 

After you do it a little while, you might feel a pulsing in your testicles.  Stop then: mission accomplished.  Even if you don't feel pulsing, no worries.  Just do it a little while and then stop; this is not a lengthy exercise.  I hesitate to put any pre-determined number on it (use your own best judgment for your body), but 15-20 squeezes seems sufficient.

 

Once you are fluent with the massage, try both testicles at once, one in each hand.  Both at once more closely replicates the pulsing of orgasm.


ISSUES WITH PAIN
It could be that the whole testicle pulsing massage is completely pain-free for you, and that is optimal.  It's a sign of good health!

 

However, according to Chinese medical theory, inhibited circulation (stagnation) is a cause of pain.  So, if there is stagnation within your testicles, you may feel some mild pain when you first start the squeezing.  If so, squeeze gently and only part way into the pain.  Resolve the pain by easing into it; do not be aggressive.  As the rhythmic squeezing produces circulation, the initial mild pain, due to mild stagnation, should diminish.  You should experience less pain at the end of the massage, less pain in subsequent massages, and ultimately the massages should be entirely pain free.

 

Someone who does not have testicular jing stagnation won't feel any pain upon moderate massage of the testicles.  However, if this exercise is taken too far, if you massage your testicles too long or too vigorously, you might cause pain - the pain of damage!  That's a mistake of excess, and is not the intent of this massage.  Never do this so long, or so vigorously, that you end up producing even minor damage to your testicles!

 

The purpose of this massage is only to promote simple happy healthy circulation.  Methods that allow one to take forceful strikes to the groin are entirely different; this isn't it.  This method is not a "ball toughening" exercise (there isn't such a thing), and you'll only hurt yourself if you take this up that way.

 

So, if you have stagnation-related pain in the beginning, resolve it gently.  If you don't have pain, don't cause yourself any. 

(And, of course, if you have pain that is severe, or if it isn't resolving, go see your doctor.)

 

 

"POLAR BEAR VARIATION"
      A variation of "testicle pulsing massage" is to soak your testicles in ice water immediately following the massage.  Aroused male sexual energy tends to leave the residual dangers of both stagnation and heat, and the testicles like to be cool.  Massage gets blood flowing all the way through the testicles, and then the icy cold rides the circulation.  Clears stagnation and heat.  Very healthy.

 

 

      Repeat the cycle of testicle-massage-then-ice-water-soak as many times as you like.  This can be especially helpful following sexual activity, or when hitting practices have stirred up excess heat.
